Female vs. Male Bison

This photo shows the differences between the male and female bison. The male was closer to the camera. It has a large hump on its back as well as a hump on its nose. Both genders have horns. The male seems to have more prominent shoulder fur but less of a beard than the female. The female proboscus is a bit more prognathic.
Female Chaffinch – Fringilla coelebs

Another rare visitor to my back yard, a female chaffinch has found a peanut left behind by the jackdaws.
One of Britains most abundant birds there were approximately 7 million breeding pairs in 1991, though the use of pesticides in gardens and farmland has seen a reduction in their numbers in recent years.
The female chaffinch is a lot less colourful than the male (see brelow);
